How does adult training work?
We aim to keep our organization and programs as simple as possible, so we can focus on and emphasize the important stuff— teaching and learning.
Adult training is primarily done through classes and lessons.
Classes are typically 2 hours in length and run 1-2 times per week, for 4-8 weeks depending on the season and session. We divide classes up by skill level, and aim to have like skilled players training together.
Lessons are a great way to work around the players schedule. Private lessons are priced by the hour and can be 2-8 players. They run at a flat rate, so less players (more individual attention and specificity) cost more, while larger lesson rates are very similar to our classes.
Do you run adult training groups?
We can! We typically do not have a formal adult training group program, however we can arrange and create a group to train together. Training groups are typically a more focused and higher level training. Players and coaches share common goals and work closely together to achieve them.
To form an adult training group, we typically ask players create their own group, and come to us. Then we can sit down and create a schedule of training days and tournaments to follow for the season.
